Just below, a fenced perennial garden provides a peaceful oasis, shaded by two majestic 150-year-old ash trees.Step inside through the French doors, and you’ll find yourself in a light-filled space with airy cathedral ceilings. Soft pastel coastal hues and textured decor instantly create a sense of calm and comfort.
While not directly on the ocean, the cottage is nestled near a tidal river that carries the ocean breeze and the refreshing scent of sea salt right to your door.An ensuite kitchenette provides the convenience of storing food and preparing light meals. Each morning, you’ll be treated to Ammi’s signature Wild Maine Blueberry Muffins, paired with a selection of locally sourced coffees and teas.Guests frequently praise the bed, dressed in luxurious bedding and a memory foam mattress that is both soft and supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.The ensuite bathroom is just a step up from the main room and includes a door for privacy. • Three Private Bedrooms: Each room features a queen memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, and thoughtful touches for a restful stay. One bedroom includes an ensuite half bath.
• Two Bathrooms: A full bath with a tub and shower upstairs, plus the ensuite powder room also upstairs.
• Modern Kitchen: Fully renovated and equipped with an electric stove, full-size fridge, pantry, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals. Essentials like coffee, teas, milk, and butter are provided to get you started. Enjoy hot, our signature freshly baked Maine Blueberry Muffins.
